Job Description:

What we expect:
Primary Objective: The primary objective is the execution of the company's strategy within the assigned territory.
- Sales & KPI Delivery: Period-by-period achievement of the sales target and all agreed KPIs.
- Customer Collaboration & Contracts: Securing leadership contracts with assigned accounts. Ensuring collaborative partnership with clients, aligning on short- and long-term objectives. Conducting quarterly meetings to reinforce strengths, identify growth opportunities, and establish action plans.
- In-Field Execution: Regular field visits to monitor and ensure the execution of contractual terms and conditions.
- Territory Strategy Execution: Drive and execute the company commercial strategy across the assigned territory.
- Target Delivery: Consistently deliver sales targets and achieve all agreed performance KPIs on a period-by-period basis.
- Customer Partnership & Leadership Agreements: Finalize leadership commercial agreements with assigned key accounts. Drive collaborative joint engagement, aligning short- and long-term business goals. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to capitalize on strengths, identify growth opportunities, and build joint action plans.
- In-Store / Field Compliance: Conduct regular field visits to audit retail execution and ensure full compliance with agreed contractual terms.
