If so, we're looking for a Customer Engagement and Retention Manager to join our team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Lead customer lifecycle and engagement campaigns across activation, cross-sell, upsell, retention and reactivation
Define customer segments, campaign objectives and communication strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Product and other key stakeholders
Use customer data and behavioral insights to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including data preparation, segmentation, testing, launch and optimization
Monitor key KPIs, support A/B testing, analyze results and drive continuous improvements
Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective collaboration, timely delivery and high-quality execution
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in campaign management, CRM or customer lifecycle management; banking/financial services experience is a strong advantage
3+ year of experience in team leadership and/or project management
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in customer segmentation, data analysis and marketing automation/campaign tools
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and experience with Jira or similar tools are a plus
Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Proactive mindset and strong focus on continuous improvement and customer experience
