Customer Engagement Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to communicate with potential customers and support sales activities.

What you’ll do:

• Contact potential customers via chat and phone.
• Answer questions and present our services.
• Follow up with leads and help close deals.
• Update CRM and track results.

• Fluent English and Filipino.
• Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Reliable internet connection.
