As Registration and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, you will primarily facilitate the commercial switching, registration, and post-registration transactions for retail customers of the AP RES Entities (AdventEnergy, AdventPower, PRISM, TLIRES, and APRIRES). and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Retail Operations and Portfolio Management Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: The role builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal teams and key industry stakeholders—including Network Service Providers, Distribution Utilities, and Metering Service Providers (NSPs/DU-MSPs), as well as the DOE, ERC, IEMOP, and PEMC—ensuring all processes fully align with company policies, operational standards, and retail market regulations. Commercial Registration, Switching, & Post-Registration Lifecycle Management Contract Execution and Monitoring RES Compliance & Reportorial Support Stakeholder Engagement, Regulatory Policy Advocacy, & Market Representation To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who: Knowledge of MS Office Applications Data Accuracy Autonomy & Ownership Cross-Functional Collaboration & Teamwork Analytical skills & Financial analysis skills Presentation and communication skills (written and oral) Time management & prioritization Proactive problem solving & decision-making skills Organizational skills Conflict management & dispute resolution What You Will Need: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, or any 4-year related course Fluency in Bisaya (Cebuano/Hiligaynon) is highly preferred Professional: 2–3 years of direct experience in the Philippine energy sector Leadership: A plus, but not required.
