As a Customer Experience Agent at Waterdrop , you are the friendly voice and trusted guide for our customers. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with a positive, pro-customer attitude. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and follow up on concerns—always communicating in a clear, approachable, and solution-focused way. What makes you a great fit: You are fluent in Dutch and you have very good English skills. Active listening skills, empathy, and a personal, pro-customer approach. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. You are a team player with adaptability and flexibility. Your tasks in detail: Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly via phone or email. Maintain thorough knowledge of Waterdrop products, systems, and processes. Address complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, raise ideas, and implement solutions.
