We're seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our team as
Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Support Representatives
. In this role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide exceptional service while building trusted, long-term relationships.
No previous insurance experience is required.
We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.
Provide outstanding customer service and client support.
Explain life and supplemental health benefit options.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
Participate in weekly coaching, training, and professional development.
