About the Company

A global consumer brand is building its India customer experience team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will help the brand understand and improve how customers experience it across every touchpoint. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will monitor and improve how customers experience the brand across every touchpoint, turning feedback and journey data into concrete fixes.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Monitoring

• Track CSAT, NPS, and other experience metrics across channels
• Identify friction points across the purchase and service journey
• Share weekly experience insights with support, product, and marketing teams

Journey Improvement

• Partner with support and operations teams to close recurring experience gaps
• Test and roll out fixes to onboarding, purchase, and post-purchase flows
• Maintain playbooks and standards for a consistent customer experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in customer experience, customer support, or consumer research
• Comfort working with survey, feedback, and analytics tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, D2C, or consumer brands
• Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, or Zendesk
• Comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders
