Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage & Assist: Help customers across live chat, email, and inbound calls using both German and English.
• Troubleshoot & Deliver: Identify customer pain points and provide fast, friendly solutions.
• Represent Top Brands: Embody the unique voice and tone of international client brands.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong fluency (spoken and written) in both German and English
• 1+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles
• Prior experience handling bilingual customer communication is a big plus
• Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is helpful, but not mandatory
• A warm, empathetic mindset with excellent problem-solving instincts
