The Opportunity
The Customer Master Data Analyst is accountable for the integrity of customer master data along with the process and outcomes for the company’s centralised customer account set up.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer onboarding practises are maintained
Work in conjunction with project teams in relation to system development, acquisitions and customer on-boarding
Facilitate training for customer activations with internal team member
Document work processes to support and educate the business
Conduct credit checks and assess risks
Liaise with relevant stakeholders in regards to outcomes of risk assessments as well as work with internal & external auditors upon request
About You
Strong background in customer master data management and governance in a large, complex organisation
Demonstrated experience in maintaining and analysing a large customer in multiple systems (Salesforce, MDM & JDE)
Strong knowledge of commercial customer on-boarding practises
Strong knowledge of credit scoring processes
Proven experience in understanding the integration of data between multiple systems
Previous experience in a leadership capacity
