Customer Onboarding Specialist | Remote

We are hiring a **Customer Onboarding Specialist** for an established online education company serving customers internationally.

This is **NOT a cold-calling or sales role**. You will speak with customers who have already purchased a product and booked a welcome call.

### What You'll Do

* Run scheduled 30-minute Zoom onboarding calls

* Guide customers through their member portal using screen sharing

* Help customers set up software by following a provided process

* Answer questions clearly and patiently

* Understand each customer's goals and identify appropriate follow-up opportunities

* Book qualified customers with the senior team

* Accurately log call outcomes in the system

### Requirements

* **Exceptional spoken English is mandatory**

* **Clear, natural English accent that is easily understood by American, Australian, and British customers**

* Confident and professional on Zoom/video calls

* Patient and comfortable helping non-technical customers

* Previous customer service, onboarding, BPO, coaching, or online education experience preferred

* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable handling a high volume of scheduled calls

* Comfortable following scripts and structured processes

### Technical Requirements

* Quiet, professional workspace with no background noise

* Stable internet with **minimum 10 Mbps upload speed**

* Backup internet connection

* **USB headset with microphone**

* Reliable computer capable of running Zoom, video, and screen sharing throughout the shift

### Schedule

* Full-time, 5 days per week

* Fixed 8-hour shift

* Must be available for hours overlapping with **US and Australian customers**

### Rate: $7 an hour (Paid in EGP)

### Important

**English fluency and voice clarity are the most important requirements for this position.** Candidates will be asked to submit a short English voice/video introduction as part of the screening process.
