About the role As a Customer Operations Representative you are responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products, including withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. You will contact external customers and agents to acquire the necessary information to process the requested transactions . Within this role you are responsible for understanding federal and municipal tax regulations, the difference between IRA and NQ accounts, and how different requests and products can affect the client in regard to being a taxable event.
