OVERVIEW
Join the General Mills India Center Supply Chain team as a Customer Operations Specialist. You will manage customer orders, resolve service issues, and identify supply chain efficiencies for assigned customers, helping ensure accurate transactions and a smooth customer experience. You will partner with Field Sales, Supply Chain teams, and customer representatives in a collaborative environment. This role requires to work in 3.30PM to 12.30AM shift.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Order Processing ,manage customer inquiries and complaints across, email, and chat, prioritizing urgent issues and responding within service expectations.
• Investigate and resolve order, return, refund, product, and service issues; coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams and keep customers informed.
• Provide accurate and current information about products, services, policies, and processes.
• Escalate complex issues with complete background information and partner with responsible teams through resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and transaction records in customer relationship management or order management systems.
• Analyze feedback and recurring issues to recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Supply Chain, logistics, and customer teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 3–5 years in customer operations, order management, or supply chain operations.
Technical Skills: Experience using customer relationship management or order management systems.
Soft Skills: Clear communication, customer focus, problem-solving, prioritization, collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and integrity.
People Management: Not required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in customer operations or supply chain operations.
• Experience in service issue resolution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with global customers or teams.
