The role focuses primarily on outbound telephone consulting with our existing customer base and prospects, providing professional and personalized support in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English . Re-engagement and win-back of existing customers Customer retention and loyalty activities Encouraging the use of our products and services Conducting inbound and outbound welcome calls Cross-selling and upselling activities Supporting marketing campaign projects aimed at: defining targeted and tailored communication for specific customer segments; assessing customer interest in new products or services; planning strategies and identifying the most appropriate customer approaches.
