Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

Handling email management and responding to inquiries

Customer Service:

Responding to customer queries via email, chat, or phone

Managing customer support tickets

Social Media Management:

Scheduling and posting on social media accounts

Engaging with followers and responding to messages/comments

Content Creation:

Writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, and social media captions

Designing graphics using tools like Canva

Additional Tasks:

Research and data collection

Travel and event planning

General task management

Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills:

Clear and professional communication via email, chat, and phone.

• Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules with attention to detail.

Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, especially while working remotely.

• Tech-Savvy:

Familiar with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).

• Customer Service Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities and professionalism.

• Adaptability:

Able to adjust to various tasks and client needs.

• Writing and Editing Skills:

Strong skills in writing and content creation.
