Permanent, Full time

Shift patterns between Monday - Sunday 07:00-22:00

£24,784.50 per annum + 20% uplift on unsociable hours

We are hiring a Customer Service Agent to join Thornbury Nursing Services, one of the UK's leading providers of specialist nursing and healthcare staffing solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and booking nurses and healthcare professionals into client shifts, ensuring excellent service delivery for both clients and healthcare workers. You'll build strong relationships, respond to queries, manage bookings, and play a key role in supporting business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate healthcare staffing bookings, matching workers to client requirements and ensuring accurate shift management.

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery, compliance, and the effective resolution of incidents and issues.

  • Drive service improvement and business growth through feedback, promotion of digital tools, and achievement of team KPIs.
