As a Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our consumer customers. You make sure they receive support from their first question to a completed service.
To Thrive In This Role, You Likely Have
You will work in our Customer Service team in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, alongside sales and customer service colleagues and in close contact with other teams across GlobalConnect. You’ll be working self-sufficiently, supporting customers over phone, email and chat, and contributing to a global team where you can keep learning and growing every day.

To Thrive In This Role, You Likely Have
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- More than 2 years of experience in customer service with similar tasks
- Vocational education in a field that supports the role
You will work in our Customer Service team in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, alongside sales and customer service colleagues and in close contact with other teams across GlobalConnect. What You'll Be Working On
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience for consumer customers by phone and email
- Respond first to questions about orders, construction schedules, installations, invoices, complaints, and technical support
- Listen to customer issues, involve the relevant teams, and keep customers informed until the issue is resolved
- Providing information about activation options and service providers
- Collaborate regularly with other teams and help promote customer service automation

Practical information
- Location: Helsinki Metropolitan Area, with the possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
- Employment: temporary, 12 months
