📅 About the Role

We’re looking for customer-focused and empathetic individuals to join our Fitness Equipment Account as Customer Service Agents (Voice). In this role, you’ll assist customers via calls with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, and other concerns, providing a personalised and positive customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for adaptable individuals who learn quickly, communicate effectively, and are committed to a customer service role.

💬 What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries through phone professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with orders, delivery updates, cancellations, modifications, and general product inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Personalise responses to each customer's situation rather than relying solely on scripted replies.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow account procedures.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction expectations.
• Adapt quickly to changes in workload and business needs.
  

🎯 What You Bring

• Available to work 20–24 hours per week with a fixed schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new processes and product knowledge rapidly
• Strong empathy and active listening skills
• Able to personalise customer interactions naturally and build rapport
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage, but not required
• Customer-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
