ABOUT YOU
You are a highly organised, self-motivated individual who loves blending administrative precision with warm human interaction. You take pride in being the dependable "go-to" person who keeps processes moving smoothly and multi-tasks effortlessly without losing attention to detail. Phone calls don't intimidate you, in fact, you prefer picking up the phone to build real rapport with clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues alike. Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable with numbers, you take ownership of your workload with autonomy and thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Technical & Software Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM/PSA software, alongside navigating distributor/supplier online portals.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize competing tasks, manage high volume (approx. 100 quotes/month), and maintain reliable follow-through under tight turnarounds.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable liaising between technical teams, sales leadership, and external vendor partners.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Practical experience in quoting, order processing, procurement, or commercial customer support is highly desirable.
Familiarity with distributor/supplier portals or exposure to IT services, managed services (MSP), or consultancy environments is a plus (but not essential).
Equivalent practical background showing strong administrative responsibility, client account management, or supply chain coordination is warmly welcomed.
