Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client inquiries and conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups and appointment setting.
• Qualify potential leads and schedule qualified appointments on calendar systems.
• Provide clear, helpful, and professional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
• Accurately track customer interactions, call outcomes, and appointments in our CRM.

Qualifications & Preferences:

• Experience: At least 1+ years of solid experience in Outbound sales/calling and Customer Service (BPO or Virtual Assistant background preferred).
• Location: Candidates based in Davao City are highly preferred and prioritized.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
• Work Ethic & Workstyle:
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable working with minimal to no supervision.
• System & Monitoring Readiness:
• Open and comfortable with time-keeping software installed on work machines.
• Open to live monitoring from the management team and owners to ensure quality standards.
