We have an exciting opportunity to join Jascots as a Customer Service Executive within our Customer Service Team. We're looking for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring orders are processed accurately, queries are resolved efficiently, and customers receive the high level of service that Jascots is known for. This is a full-time role, on an initial contract length of 12 months What you'll be doing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through telephone and email channels Ensure all orders are completed right first time, every time Respond promptly to customer queries and provide effective solutions Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules, stock availability and order changes Liaise closely with Warehouse, Distribution and Supply Chain teams to resolve stock and delivery issues Work collaboratively with Account Managers to ensure customer needs are met Maintain accurate order and customer information within company systems Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service Keep up to date with the Jascots portfolio to provide customers with advice and guidance when required Contribute to delivering a consistently excellent customer experience across all customer interactions What we're looking for: Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, help desk or other customer-facing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications A positive, team-oriented approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of the wine, food and drink, or hospitality industry would be advantageous What we offer: Competitive salary plus discretionary annual bonus Enhanced pension contributions 25 days' annual leave, plus your birthday off Enhanced parental leave Staff discount Private health cover Life assurance Income protection insurance Group accident insurance EV salary sacrifice scheme Employee assistance programme This is a hybrid role based at our Newbury office, with three days per week in the office and two days working from home. The role operates on a shift pattern of 8:00am to 4:00pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
