Join Our Global Technology Company – Customer Service & Logistics Executive (Remote – Mexico City)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Telecom customers across LATAM.
  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments from Mexico and Asia to customers across Mexico and Latin America.
  • Monitor logistics operations, carriers, customs brokers, and freight providers to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and validate import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs documentation.
  • Track shipments end-to-end, resolve logistics issues, and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, logistics costs, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage customer complaints and coordinate quality-related issues with the Global Quality team.
  • Generate production status reports and provide regular updates to the Sales team.
  • Support product configuration activities together with the PLM team and ensure technical documentation is correctly shared with manufacturing sites.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Training in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Experience coordinating international shipments, import/export documentation, or logistics operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM platforms such as Navision, Salesforce, Jira, or PLM is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Spanish and English proficiency.
