ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (Balkan Languages Speaker) who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

As one of the main points of contact for our customers, you will manage orders, answer inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and support daily operational processes. You will work closely with colleagues from Logistics, Planning, Finance, and Sales while being part of an international team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely communication
• Process customer orders accurately through email and internal systems
• Prepare order confirmations and all required documentation related to deliveries, transportation, export procedures, and invoicing
• Monitor and manage the order backlog, proactively following up on open orders and customer requests
• Ensure customer orders are processed according to agreed service levels and customer expectations
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and escalations, providing effective and customer-focused solutions
• Process returns, credit notes, debit notes, and other customer-related administrative transactions
• Monitor outstanding customer invoices and support collection activities by following up on overdue payments when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all relevant information is properly documented within company systems
• Support administrative and operational activities related to customer service processes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Logistics Administration, or a similar role
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Fluent English and fluency in at least one Balkan language (Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Albanian, Greek, Macedonian or similar)
