About the role - LGS Customer Service Operator

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused fixed term LGS Customer Service Operator to provide operational administration and coordination support across designated Laser Group Services service and maintenance customer accounts.

In this varied role, you’ll help coordinate jobs from initial customer request through to completion and invoicing. You’ll manage customer portals and trackers, follow up outstanding work, review supporting documentation and work closely with Laser Members, customers, internal teams and Finance to keep work progressing.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, follows processes carefully and takes pride in providing accurate, responsive support.

Location: NZ Support Office & DC - Mount Wellington

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Fixed term: November 2026 to February 2027


What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination, invoicing support or a similar business support role.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up outstanding actions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate job records, invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using operational systems, customer portals and spreadsheets.
  • Sound invoicing and reconciliation awareness, with the ability to identify discrepancies and missing information.
  • A customer-focused, practical approach and confidence working with different stakeholders.
  • Experience with SimPro, contractor invoicing, purchase order tracking, split invoicing or finance reconciliation processes would be an advantage.
