A Day in the Life
Die Service & Repair Customer Care Organisation ist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den Service- und Reparaturprozessen von Medtronic in der DACH-Region (Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz).Im Rahmen des Aufbaus eines neuen internationalen Customer Care Teams unterstützen wir den gesamten Service- und Reparaturzyklus medizinischer Geräte und arbeiten dabei eng mit Service Centern, Field Service Teams, Logistikpartnern und weiteren internen Funktionen zusammen.
Die Position ist am Standort Meerbusch bei Düsseldorf angesiedelt und folgt dem Medtronic Flex-Arbeitsmodell. Mitarbeitende arbeiten mindestens zwei Tage pro Woche vor Ort im Büro in Meerbusch und können an den übrigen Tagen mobil arbeiten. Gelegentliche Dienstreisen können für Schulungen, Teammeetings oder geschäftliche Veranstaltungen erforderlich sein. Während der Einarbeitung und für Schulungen ist eine häufigere Präsenz vor Ort erforderlich.
Als Customer Care Representative DACH sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden während des gesamten Service- und Reparaturprozesses. Sie koordinieren Serviceanfragen, steuern die Kommunikation zwischen internen und externen Partnern und sorgen für eine positive Kundenerfahrung. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie Kundenbetreuung, operative Prozesssteuerung und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsarbeit in einem regulierten Umfeld der Medizintechnik.
Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
- Bearbeiten und koordinieren von Kundenanfragen im Service- und Reparaturprozess für die DACH-Region.
- Erstellen und verwalten von Serviceaufträgen, Angeboten sowie Folgeaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität.
- Kommunizieren des Bearbeitungsstatus und proaktive Informieren von Kunden über den Fortschritt ihrer Anliegen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Servicetechnikern, Reparaturzentren, Logistikteams und weiteren internen Stakeholdern zur Lösungsfindung.
- Bearbeiten und Nachverfolgen von Kundeneskalationen sowie servicebezogenen Beschwerden bis zur erfolgreichen Klärung.
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Compliance- und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
- Mitwirken an Prozessoptimierungen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und operativen Effizienz.
- Unterstützen von Projekten, Systemverbesserungen und User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Customer Support, Service Operations, Order Management oder einem vergleichbaren operativen Umfeld.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Wohnsitz in pendelbarer Entfernung zu Meerbusch sowie Bereitschaft, an mindestens zwei Tagen pro Woche im Büro zu arbeiten und während der Einarbeitung sowie für Schulungen häufiger vor Ort zu sein.
- Erfahrung in der gleichzeitigen Bearbeitung mehrerer Prioritäten bei hoher Genauigkeit und Termintreue.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit nach definierten Prozessen, Richtlinien und Service-Level-Anforderungen
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, in der Medizintechnik, den Life Sciences, der Fertigungsindustrie oder einer anderen regulierten Branche.
- Erfahrung mit Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)- oder Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-Systemen wie SAP oder Salesforce.
- Kenntnisse einer weiteren europäischen Sprache.
- Erfahrung im Management von Kundeneskalationen und komplexen Serviceanfragen.
- Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierungen, Projekten oder User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
