Customer Service Representative

Job Description This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with end consumers. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and chat Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, delivery updates, and post-purchase support Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach Document interactions and update customer records accurately in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely resolutions Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information Follow established processes and service standards to ensure a consistent customer experience Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2C environment Strong verbal and written English communication skills Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously Comfortable working with customer service platforms and CRM tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup Availability to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday; Saturday and Sunday CST.
