Title: Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (**Preferred: Florida & Georgia Candidates)

Compensation: $18–20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

• Must be available to attend company meetings/trainings.
• Ideally available full-time during the first week for training.

Overview

Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for participants, handling inbound calls, answering questions about consumer-driven health plans, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist participants with questions regarding their health benefit plans.
• Provide accurate information regarding plan features and account usage.
• Promote and educate participants on the online portal and mobile app.
• Make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
• Respond to participant emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Process dependent card requests and update direct deposit information.
• Manage incoming and returned mail.
• Follow all company policies related to privacy and data security.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Must-Have Skills

• Previous customer service or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound phone calls.
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
