JOB DESCRIPTION: Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for an Ordering Retail Service Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh! The Ordering RSR role helps support the logistics and administrative functions of the branch. A good fit for this role is an individual that has a high level of attention to detail, has excellent time management skills, is organized, and can deliver deadlines with short turnaround time. This person is expected to be an individual contributor but also can collaborate with other team members as needed. Primary Responsibilities: • Ordering units based on specs provided by an Install Project Manager. • Maintain homeowners’ job files • Processing HOA requests • Communicate with sales reps and install project managers to get orders off hold when questions arise. • Review and validate contracts, addendums, and supporting documentation. • Support operational and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule Goal: After completing training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule: • 2 days remote (work from home) • 3 days in the office (Murrysville) QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Solid and accurate data entry skills • Strong communication and time management skills • Competency in Microsoft Office software • High attention to detail and organization abilities • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks PAY RANGE: $18.05 - $26.15 CULTURE AND BENEFITS: At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
