WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES: Fixed contract (Temporary - 6 months). Responsibilities: Assist our customers with their queries - via email or phone; Process customers' data and update the information in our database; Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Requirements: Fluent English; Additional language is considered as advantage; Attention to details; Basic computer skills; Communication skills; Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
