Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced customer service representative to staff their email, chat, and phone lines. This role involves answering product questions, responding to sales leads, and addressing customer needs for a diverse customer base, ranging from parents to business owners. A key aspect of the role is identifying and logging trends in customer requests and issues to improve website and digital content communication.

In this role, you will handle traditional inbound support (phone, email, chat) and proactively reach out to customers who have requested quotes to help them move their projects forward.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer product questions via email, chat, and phone.

• Respond to sales leads.

• Respond to customer needs.

• Identify and log trends in requests and issues.

• Proactively reach out to customers who have requested quotes.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to take initiative beyond the normal call of duty.

• A quiet, professional home office space is required for phone calls.

Schedule:

8am–5pm CST, Monday–Friday.

MST is an option also.

Salary and Benefits:
