About the Company:

Our client currently operates an app and is in the process of releasing the second version of the platform. The app still has some bugs, so they are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Agent who can actively monitor the platform, identify and report issues, and help ensure everything is running smoothly during the release. The company is expecting to grow rapidly and is looking for someone who can grow with the business.

Job Description:

The role will involve frequent communication with clients and users, onboarding, making calls, following up with users, logging tickets for the engineering team, monitoring the app and online platforms, and providing general customer and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, actively monitor the platform, identify and report issues, and help ensure everything is running smoothly during the release.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Frequent communication with clients and users

• Onboarding clients and users

• Making calls and following up with users

• Logging tickets for the engineering team

• Monitoring the app and online platforms

• Providing general customer and administrative support

• Actively monitor the platform, identify and report issues

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Customer service experience in general

• Native-level English with little to no accent

• Willingness to learn

• Comfort working with technology

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish language proficiency

• Construction experience

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

01:00 AM - 05:00 AM ET

20 hours per week

No weekends
