About the Role

VOO is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents (English Chat Account).

In this role, you will communicate with customers through live chat, providing professional support and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and students looking to develop their communication and customer service skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to customer inquiries via live chat

· Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns

· Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

· Escalate complex issues when necessary

Working Schedule

· Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

· Middle Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

· Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

· Rotational shifts

Training Period:

· First 3 months on-site

· Morning shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

· Friday & Saturday off during training

Note: Some night shifts are remote (Work From Home).

Compensation & Benefits

· Basic Salary: 7,500 EGP

· Transportation Allowance: 2,000 EGP

· Medical Insurance

· Social Insurance

· 2 Days Off Weekly

Requirements

· Graduates and Final Year Students are welcome to apply

· Excellent English communication skills (Written & Spoken)

· Residents of Giza or nearby areas preferred

· Flexibility to work rotational shifts

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
