The Customer Service Representative, Call Center will be responsible for handling inbound phones calls from customers while providing excellent customer service and accurately capturing data using company processing systems.

The Customer Service Representative, Call Center reports to the Shared Services Supervisor.

Location: Tigard,OR

Pay : $20/hr

Monday - Friday Hybrid( 3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

Shift between 6am to 7 pm

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound between 75 -95 calls daily from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality service
• Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests
• Educate and counsel customers on policy terms and cancellation process
• Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account information
• Place outbound calls as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
