Daily Responsibilities Include: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs. Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication. Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe’s reputation. Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals. Participate in ongoing training and career development.
