The Customer Service Representative role is designed to support customers throughout their lease-to-own journey by delivering high-quality service and effective communication. This position contributes to maintaining operational excellence and a positive customer experience, which is essential for the organization’s mission and business growth. The role is remote but requires residence within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.

3. Responsibilities:

• Handle in-bound and out-bound customer calls
• Provide top-tier support and service to customers

4. Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and collections with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with computers and ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously
• Phone experience in a call center or customer service environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to use AI-enabled tools and adapt as workflows evolve
• Located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
• Designated home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
• Wired internet connection with minimum 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload speeds; wireless, DSL, and satellite connections are not compatible

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour
