Customer Service Representative - Back of House (Part-time)

Watermelon Swim is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (Back of House) to join our melon-tastic team! While this role is not client-facing at the front desk, it plays a huge part in supporting our families, our team, and daily operations through phone, email, scheduling, and administrative support. As a key member of Team Melon, you will: Provide top-notch customer service by assisting clients with scheduling, account questions, purchases, and program information. Support daily operations through administrative and behind-the-scenes coordination. Communicate with families professionally through phone and email. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Help maintain accurate client records and support enrollment needs. What We’re Looking For: Passionate, friendly, organized, and dependable individuals. Strong customer service and administrative experience. Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
