Customer Service Representative (Dutch-Speaking) — Remote from Greece

We are recruiting a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading BPO company based in Athens, Greece. This is a fully remote role for candidates already based in Greece with a stable, cable internet connection.

What you'll do:

Handle guest inquiries, booking issues, cancellations and general support requests via phone, email and chat — helping travelers resolve their questions quickly and professionally.

What we're looking for:

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
• Previous customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail or similar)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable learning CRM tools quickly
• Willing to work in shifts, including some weekends
• Stable cable internet connection (not wireless)
