Kundenbetreuung für einen definierten Kundenstamm Neu- und Bestandskundenpflege im Warenwirtschaftssystem und Erstellung von Abwicklungsvorgaben für Filialen Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Vertriebsmitarbeiter und Filialen (1.200 Filialen) Telefonische Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen Bearbeitung von Rechnungsreklamationen und Gutschriften inkl.
