• Verify and create new sales orders.
• Request any missing patient information.
• Outbound calls for order status with doctor’s offices.
• Work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Handle other duties assigned by management.
Must Haves
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Strong Self-motivation and self-direction; ability to work without constant supervision • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions • Team player attitude: open to feedback, direction, and correction
