We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is an entry-level opportunity, and full training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in customer service and financial services.

In this role, you will support customers with pension payments, payment methods, international payments, and a range of related enquiries.


You will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer queries efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of service at all times.


Key Responsibilities

Pension Payments

  • Handle customer enquiries relating to missing pension payments.
  • Provide information on previous payments and payment history.
  • Provide information regarding cheque payments.
  • Provide information on movements and transactions carried out.

Payment Methods

  • Advise customers on the most efficient payment methods available.
  • Provide clear information on available payment options.
  • Process changes to instructions relating to payment methods and payment instruments.

International Payments & Customer Details

  • Handle enquiries relating to international payments, Western Union and cheque payments.
  • Process changes to customers’ personal information and addresses.
  • Process changes to customers’ payment preferences.
  • Provide clear and accurate guidance on available payment methods.

General Customer Enquiries

  • Handle a variety of customer queries and requests.
  • Manage enquiries relating to proof-of-life procedures.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved accurately, professionally and within agreed timescales.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a customer service environment, preferably within finance, banking, payments, pensions or a similar sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong PC and general IT skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend all required languages, including English.

  • Ability to explain information clearly and at a level appropriate to the customer’s knowledge and understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply a logical approach when resolving customer queries.
  • Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.

Location - Dublin City Centre & Work from Home

Work model - Hybrid

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week

Language - German and English
