Customer Service Representative Fully Remote Work From Home Role $8-12/hr (JOB ID: CSRBKT2026) Role Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage the recruiting operations of a fast growing AI powered hiring platform connecting blue collar workers with employers across the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with candidates over the phone, building trust, understanding their preferences and qualifications, recommending suitable job opportunities, and guiding them through the recruiting process. You will also oversee an AI powered recruiting platform, reviewing recommendations, maintaining CRM accuracy, and making judgment calls whenever human intervention is needed to keep candidates progressing through the hiring pipeline. Responsibilities • Handle inbound phone conversations with candidates • Build rapport with candidates and understand their qualifications, preferences, and career goals • Recommend job opportunities that best match each candidate • Answer questions, address concerns, and handle objections professionally • Follow up with candidates until applications are completed • Review AI generated conversation history and recommendations before contacting candidates • Approve, edit, or override AI generated messages and next steps when appropriate • Decide when AI should continue managing conversations and when human intervention is needed • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, and recruiting workflows • Identify recurring issues and communicate process improvements to the team Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, staffing, customer success, appointment setting, SDR, call center, or other high-volume phone-based roles • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – C1/C2 level with a neutral accent • Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly • Comfortable making decisions without rigid scripts • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable learning and working with AI-powered software and CRM systems • Ability to multitask and switch efficiently between conversations and administrative work • Reliable, coachable, and proactive Nice to Have • Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes • Experience working with blue collar or transportation industries • Experience using CRM systems or AI assisted platforms • Previous experience improving customer support or operational processes Location Remote Availability Full-Time (40h per week) Must be available during U.S. Central Time (preferably 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
