Customer Service Representative – Remote Position: Customer Service Representative – Remote Hourly Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour Expected Schedule: Thursday-Monday , 11:00 AM–7:00 PM MST Note: The hourly pay range listed above represents a good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum target for this position. Direct Meds is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our growing telehealth and partner clinic network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, remote environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey while ensuring every interaction is professional, compassionate, and efficient. If you're driven by purpose and excited by growth, Direct Meds is the place to be. What You'll Do Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner. Assist patients with account questions, order updates, and navigate the treatment process. Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems. Resolve issues with empathy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet performance goals for response times, quality, and patient experience. What We're Looking For Required Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Proficiency with computers and customer support platforms. Preferred Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries. Familiarity with EMR, CRM, or ticketing systems. Experience supporting patients in a remote environment. Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, HRT, peptides, or wellness programs. Equipment Requirements Candidates must have the following prior to their start date: A reliable personal laptop or desktop computer. A quality headset for calls. High-speed internet connection.
