Customer Service Representative Spanish Bilingual - Insurance AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives – fluent in English/Spanish to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. What We Offer Starting Pay: $24.00 – $26.00/hour Bilingual Fluency: English/Spanish fluency assessment provided Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within the state of Texas. Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday–Friday. Saturday shifts (9:00am-7:15pm) are required during bullpen (on-the-job training) to support live calls; when scheduled, a weekday off will be provided. Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:15pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm. One weekday off will be provided each week. Comprehensive Benefits Package Growth & Advancement Opportunities What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance Work-From-Home Requirements Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions. You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with an internet speed of at least 50 mbps to 100 mbps for downloads & 10 mbps for uploads. Internet service must adequately support the employee's work hours to ensure optimal voice & data quality. You are required to provide documentation regarding your carrier & internet speed. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity. Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting. Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions. Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments. What You’ll Need Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred) Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are required.
