Customer Service Representative with Danish

Hudson Talent Solutions, on behalf of our global chemical manufacturing client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Danish to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality customer support in an international environment, serving as a key point of contact for customers while helping to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

Workmode: Remote, Poland / Hybrid, Warsaw

The Customer Service Representative with Danish is a key contact for complex customer needs, providing expert support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This role also involves mentoring junior team members, improving service processes, and helping manage overall customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve escalated or complex customer issues with professionalism.
• Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives.
• Identify and support improvements in service processes.
• Help monitor service quality and team performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Danish and English is a must.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and service platforms.
• High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
