About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role serves as the primary contact for members, resolving inquiries and concerns related to transportation services. This position is responsible for managing reservations and documentation to ensure a positive member experience that directly supports health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested
• Obtain and document details of customer complaints and concerns
• Accurately document all relevant customer information
• Attend required meetings and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality
• Ensure accurate entry and documentation of trip data
• Maintain a polite, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Commit to producing high-quality work
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to appropriate departments
• Promote a positive and collaborative working environment
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Participate in additional projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must reside in Arizona
• High School Diploma preferred
• 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and processes
• Ability to understand and follow complex instructions
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
• Must meet work from home technical and environment requirements including high-speed internet and dedicated workspace

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Pay rate: $15.15 per hour
