ABOUT THE JOB You'll inspire our customers to book their dream trip with us. Providing our customers with personal sales and service via phone, chat and email You'll actively work with upselling to maximise the customer experience. Resolving customer issues and managing bookings that need to be updated or changed. Ensuring our customers receive world-class service is key – an important goal for us is that our customers want to travel with us again. Working in a results-oriented way to achieve your sales, service and efficiency goals. ABOUT YOU Have the right to live and work in Spain Excellent Customer Service skills Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong interest in sales and ability to work independently towards set goals. Engaged and skilled at handling customers both personally and professionally. Reliable and loyal colleague who lives by our values and follows work routines. Skilled at solving problems, finding new solutions, and adapting to changes. Flexibility to work varying shift patterns including evenings and weekends A PLUS IF YOU HAVE Knowledge of another Nordic language. Previous experience within the travel industry. Experience handling customer contacts via phone, chat, and email Home Working Requirements You will have a suitable space that allows you to work comfortably and away from general ‘home’ activities You will be required to have a suitable broadband connection that has a download speed of at least 10 Mbps and an upload of at least 3 Mbps From a workplace to a place to belong.
