Customer Service & Sales (After-hour shifts)

The Role

Hello Doktor is a licensed digital health platform focused on metabolic health, sexual health, and longevity. You'll convert WhatsApp enquiries into teleconsultation and clinic bookings, while re-engaging inactive leads.

Chat. Respond fast, answer well, and close high-intent enquiries on the spot.

Phone. When a lead goes quiet, you call and bring the conversation back. This is a core part of the job, not an occasional one. If cold calling isn't for you, this isn't the role.

Three things worth knowing up front: the role is fully remote, the incentive is uncapped, and both Saturday and Sunday are working days.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer chats in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Convert high-intent enquiries into paid bookings during the chat
• Cold call leads who have gone quiet and bring them back to a booking
• Own every lead you take on through to the next step: a booked teleconsultation or a confirmed appointment at a partner clinic
• Coordinate across our panel of doctors so each patient reaches the right one
• Escalate all clinical questions to licensed doctors. You never give medical advice.
• Keep extensive CRM notes, and lead status accurate and up to date

Shifts & working mode:

This role is focused on evenings and weekends, when customer activity is highest.

• Shift options: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (9 hours including a 1-hour break)
• Schedule: 5 days/week, including both Saturday and Sunday
• Work mode: Fully remote, with occasional office visits for training or important meetings (advance notice provided)

Your default shift can be selected, though it may occasionally change based on business needs.

What You'll Earn

Base salary plus an uncapped incentive for every qualified conversion you close, paid monthly on collected payments. There is no quota gate: if you close it, you earn it.

Who We're Looking For

• You don't mind the phone. Rejection doesn't put you off, and a lead going quiet reads as a task, not a dead end.
• You chase things without being asked. Nobody will be reminding you about the follow-up.
• You finish what you start. You don't hand a half-worked lead to someone else.
• You work well unsupervised. Nobody is watching the clock.
• You already use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to draft, summarise and research faster.
• You write warmly and precisely. Patients are often self-conscious about their health.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrable competence in sales or customer service. Around one to four years in telesales, banking or insurance is the typical background, though we care more about what you can show us than the number of years.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Comfort with chat platforms, CRMs and spreadsheets
• A reliable home internet connection and a quiet space to take calls

These will strengthen your application: proficiency in Mandarin, experience selling a considered purchase rather than an impulse item, and an interest in healthcare or consumer tech.
