As we continue our international growth, we are now looking for a customer-oriented team member to support our operations in France 🇫🇷 . In this role, you will be responsible for contacting our existing customers by phone, confirming scheduled appointments and rescheduling them when needed. Key Responsibilities • Contacting existing customers by phone • Confirming scheduled appointments • Rescheduling and rearranging appointments when needed • Providing friendly and professional customer service • Answering customer questions • Updating customer information in our systems • Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth day to day operations What We Expect from You • Fluent French skills • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken • Finnish language skills are considered an advantage • Strong communication and customer service skills • Confidence and ease in communicating with customers over the phone • A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • A careful, organised and self driven approach to work • Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling or sales is considered an advantage What We Offer • A supportive and open work environment where everyone's contribution is valued • The opportunity to play an important role in our international growth and expansion into France • Great opportunities to develop your professional skills and grow your career with us • An international working environment • A flexible hybrid working model and flexible working hours Compensation The compensation consists of a fixed monthly base salary of 2000€ plus performance-based bonuses.
