We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service & Sales Representative for our driving school client to play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and growth of day-to-day operations.
Job Summary: As a Driving School Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled students and their parents. You will assist them with inquiries regarding driver's education programs, resolve scheduling issues, and provide detailed information about driving packages and road test requirements. Additionally, you will drive revenue by guiding inquiries toward the right course packages and enrolling new drivers.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to prospective and existing student inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely, reassuring, and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding driving courses, behind-the-wheel lesson packages, state licensing requirements, and road test preparation.

Schedule and manage behind-the-wheel driving appointments, coordinating seamlessly between instructors and student schedules.

Identify student needs and up-sell or cross-sell relevant driving packages, additional practice hours, and DMV test vehicle rental services.

Follow up on prospective student leads to drive enrollment and meet or exceed sales targets.

Maintain detailed, accurate records of student enrollments, payment histories, and interactions in the driving school management software and CRM.

Handle scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and customer complaints efficiently while upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with driving instructors and management to optimize instructor schedules and streamline student onboarding.

Stay up-to-date on state driver licensing regulations, school policies, and promotional offerings.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales (experience in education, training programs, or dispatching is a plus).

Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with scheduling or CRM platforms.

Strong organizational, administrative, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and empathetic tone when dealing with nervous new drivers or concerned parents.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Academic & Language Background:

Degree associated with business, communications, administration, or a related field.

Mandatory English proficiency level: C1–C2 (fluent/native-level verbal and written English required).
