Customer Service Sales Representative – Remote | Commission Opportunities

TalentPop App is a fast-growing e-commerce agency supporting hundreds of brands worldwide. We’re looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative who can provide excellent customer support while identifying opportunities to recommend products and drive sales.

This role includes commission opportunities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys customer conversations and is motivated by both service and sales.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and/or voice
• Assist customers with orders, products, payments, returns, and other concerns
• Recommend products or solutions based on customer needs
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions
• Help increase conversions through effective product recommendations
• Follow up with customers and document interactions accurately

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or e-commerce experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable handling customer conversations and sales opportunities
• Confident recommending products in a helpful, consultative way
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals
• BPO, e-commerce, Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar experience is a plus
