We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Hoegemeyer team.
Customer Service Specialists oversee order fulfillment from customer contact through delivery, partnering with internal teams to ensure the right product arrives on time with accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between dealers, sales, and cross‑functional partners
- Manage complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products
- Own service resolution end‑to‑end, leading corrective actions when issues arise
- Train and support dealers and field teams on SeedWare order and account management
- Championing the customer experience while balancing business priorities
- Collaborate closely with CSS peers and Sales teams to deliver seamless service
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or related functions
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Confidence in addressing customer issues and driving solutions

The salary range for this position is $51,741.00 to $57,490.00.
This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
